About Canada Express Entry:

Express Entry is an online system used by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to manage immigration applications from skilled workers. Eligible candidates are ranked in the Express Entry pool using the points-based Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS). This system assesses and scores your profile and ranks it in the Express Entry pool. To be invited, you need to score above the minimum points for your round of invitations.

Candidates in these programs are regarded as skilled and likely to establish themselves in Canada economically. Canada Express Entry uses the Comprehensive Ranking System to evaluate the candidates based on human capital factors such as work experience, occupation, language ability and education. Those who obtain high scores are the most likely to receive an invitation to apply (ITA) in an upcoming Express Entry draw.
